You receive your own secure, private piece of Freedomstarr's website. Visit as often as you like. Review your call detail. Download your statements for your records. Add new services. Update your account information any time any day.

How it works

As part of the sign up process, you provide us with information for the credit card account that you would like to use to pay your bill. That information is stored in a secure, encrypted location.

You also receive a private secure location on the Freedomstarr server to manage your account. Whenever you want to access your account information, you use your unique Account ID and password (which you receive after you sign up for the service).

Your call records are posted to your account up to four times a day. You can access, view and download this information any day, any time.

Between the 1st and 15th of each month, we process your call records for billing. At this time, taxes and any other fees are applied to your call records and your bill for the month is produced.

Your credit card is then charged for the total amount due. We issue a receipt, via email, of the final billing amount charged and the exact date the charge was made. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as "FREEDOMSTARR LD." Your final statement is available to view and download for three months after billing has been completed.

You will not receive a paper bill and you will not have to write a check, purchase a stamp or mail your payment.
